Chalk Pastel Drawing Made Easy - Still Life Drawing with Sue Schreiber, artist

Pastels are an easy-to-use and “forgiving” drawing medium suitable for a variety of surfaces including paper, board and canvas.

Finished pastel drawings have a rich quality which can easily be mistaken for a painting - without the mess of painting.

Using chalk pastels, the group will work with experienced tutor and practicing artist, Sue Schreiber, to create a new artwork each week.

Over the 6-week course, students will learn the skills, tips and tricks to create a dynamic drawing based on a randomised still-life composition each week.

This class is suitable for beginners aspiring to kickstart their creative skills, as well as for those with some experience wishing to practice and augment their ability in drawing and shading.  Adults (16+)
