Pollyanna’s “Glad Game” had a delightful effect on audiences last week! Students and staff pray that each show will be more than just entertainment for the audience. They desire to impact lives and glorify the Lord! The four performances of Pollyanna did just that. This show seemed to penetrate the hearts of the audience and stick with them. Two young first grade cousins whispered to each other near the end of the show, “We should play this game!” On the car ride home they asked their Grandma exactly how to play. A first-time guest at a CCAA performance made a point of telling us as she left that she would be going home to tell her husband how very GLAD she was that she had come out to the show! At church the following Sunday, I was still hearing about how the show was still in the hearts and mind of the audiences. It has been an encouragement to me and to the cast! It is so wonderful when we get a glimpse of how God answers prayer!
