The Cairn Community Arts Academy of Cairn University seeks to glorify God through the arts by providing excellent training in the creative arts within our community and within the Church.
Formerly the Hilltown Creative Arts Academy, Cairn Community Arts Academy (CCAA) continues the legacy of artistic creativity and excellence. Now with two campus locations in Hilltown and Langhorne, CCAA is equipped to continue to develop quality resources for arts education in our community.
At CCAA, our teachers are committed to impacting lives for Christ through art. This impact begins by investing in the creative process of teaching, helping students to develop artistic knowledge and skillsets. As they share their craft, instructors also share their lives with students, modeling and encouraging Christian values in each student. As families participate in the program, parents are eager to testify to the program’s transformative influence on their children’s art, music, performance and, most importantly, their lives.
For Personal Creativity
Through the imaginative teaching styles of our instructors, students explore their own creativity and imagination. Together, instructors and students discover new means of creative expression, pursue their artistic interests and curiosities, and develop a drive to share their discoveries to benefit others.
For Community Culture
Through exhibitions, performances, theatre productions, and engaging events, the CCAA community experiences and contributes to the diverse cultural expression in Bucks County. Now with increased access to the diverse cultural offerings of Cairn University, students and families will find many opportunities to grow as individuals and broaden their cultural horizons.
For God’s Truth
Because Cairn University is centered on Christ and the Word of God, young artists are empowered to explore and discover their creative niche with the support of an environment committed to God’s truth. In the context of this caring and intentional community, young artists are able to flourish while working out how their creativity fits within and addresses the big questions of life. This background equips them to further the work of the Kingdom of God through their life and art.
